the pleasant fish smell was an absolute delight, lingering throughout my stay. it was quite charming. also, who needs a safe that works? I mean, security is overrated. I fully expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but alas, the hotel seemed busy treating everyone like they were special. poor management really!

groeninghe was fantastic! laurence and her father were super helpful hosts, always ready with tips. the location is perfect, just a short walk to all the sights. breakfast was top-notch, and the free wi-fi worked smoothly. our room was cozy and clean, made for a lovely stay.

Just a top selection for a flash visit in Bruges with extraordinarily good value for money. The breakfast was impressive with a great variety of fresh fruits and pastries. If you need help with luggage, ask the staff for assistance at the stairs.
